| 摘 要： | 水电机组盘车轴线调整是安装或大修回装中的一项关键工艺,轴流转桨式机组轴系较混流式多一套操作油管,使其盘车工艺愈加复杂。结合尼尔基发电厂2号水轮发电机组A级大修中的盘车工作,分析论述了轴流转桨式机组盘车工作的特点和重点。

| Abstract: | T urning axis adjustment of hydroelectric generating set is a key process of installation or fitting back during overhaul .The turning process of Kaplan turbine is more complex than that of Francis turbine because it has a set of operation pipeline more than the Francis turbine .Combining with the turning work of unit 2 hydroelectric generating set during class A overhaul in Nierji water power plant ,characteristics and focus of Kaplan turbine turning work are analyzed and discussed . |
