摘    要:为了对选煤厂皮带转运点粉尘污染提出有效治理措施,需要对除尘设计方案进行优化设计。以准能公司选煤厂为例,对其生产工艺系统和转运点污染机理进行了分析。基于此,提出了两种可行的转运点粉尘治理方案。采用气固两相流理论和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了两种除尘方式的控尘机理,比较了两种除尘方式的除尘效果。结果表明:单独设置导料槽的除尘方式无法消除转运点落料产生的正压,因而不能抑制转运点处的粉尘逸出;若配合适当型号的除尘器,可在转运点处产生合理负压,可有效地控制转运点处的粉尘逸出。根据该研究结论,选择了优化除尘方案,为选煤厂的粉尘治理提供了理论和实践指导依据。

Abstract:In order to take effective dust control measures of transshipment point of coal washery, it is necessary to carry out the optimal designs of dust control schemes. Production workmanship system and dust pollution mechanism of the transshipment point in ZhunGeer coal Washery have been clarified. Based on the above, two feasible dust control schemes of transshipment point, namely the guide-chute dust control scheme, and the dust control schema of the combination of guide-chute with dust removal fan, are put forward,. By means of the combination of gas-solid two-phase flow theory with numerical simulation, the dust removal mechanisms and effects of the two schemes are compared. A conclusion is drawn that the latter is more efficient than the former with its ability to eliminate the positive pressure of transshipment point. According to the above research conclusion, the optimal dust control scheme has been chosen, which would provide a theoretic basis for dust control and management of coal washery.
