摘    要:
本文从材料方面研究了几个因素.包括跑合过程、钢的硬度及不同组织结构,对4340钢耐磨性的影响。滑动磨损试验是在“柱-盘”试验机上进行的,其固定的圆柱为52100钢,在旋转的圆盘试样上滑动。耐磨性通过圆盘在恒载恒速下的磨损失重及载荷相对滑动速度的磨损机制转变图进行比较,试验中发现了一些新的现象。磨痕的形貌、磨痕截面的特征以及磨屑的类型在光学显微镜及扫描电镜下进行了系统的观察。根据试验结果得出了一些关于改善钢材耐磨性措施的结论,并对滑动磨损机理进行了综合的讨论。

Abstract:
This paper studied the effect of several factors from the material aspect, including running-in process, hardness and different structures on the sliding wear resistance of steel 4340. The sliding wear tests were conducted on the "cylinder-on-disc" machine with the stationary cylinder of steel 52100 sliding against the rotating disc specimens. The wear resistance was compared through the weight loss curves of discs under constant load and sliding speed, and the wear transition diagrams of load versus sliding speed. Some new phenomena were discovered in these experiments. The morphology of wear tracks, the feature of their cross sections and the types of wear debris had been observed systematically under the light microscope and SEM. On the basis of the research results some conclusions about the measures for improving the wear resistance of steel were obtained and the sliding wear mechanisms were discussed comprehensively.
