摘    要:为研究12周有氧运动干预对运动员血浆压力激素的影响,将某体育学院的30名运动员作为研究对象,随机将其划分成实验组与对照组,令实验组受试者进行12周的有氧训练,对照组受试者除了不参加有氧运动训练外,其余生活条件和实验组相同。实验发现12周有氧运动干预能够改变运动员的身体成分,运动员体重、体重指数、体脂百分比和体脂含量均较实验前有所降低,且具有统计学意义,说明长期有氧运动干预能够改变运动员的身体成分,使总体重与体重指数下降,体脂含量大大降低;同时可有效降低血浆压力,使身体成分趋于合理化。

Abstract:For the study of 12 weeks aerobic exercise intervention"s influence on athletes plasma stress hormones, a sports institute of 30 players as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group subjects to 12 weeks of aerobic training, the control group subjects in addition to not to take part in aerobics training, the rest of the life condition is the same as the experimental group, it was found that 12 weeks aerobic exercise intervention can change the body composition of athletes, the athletes body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage and body fat were lower than before the trial, and statistically significant, the long-term aerobic exercise intervention can change the athletes" body composition, decrease the overall weight and body mass index, body fat content is greatly reduced, at the same time can effectively reduce the blood pressure, body composition tends to rationalize.
