饭店中外员工工作价值观的比较研究

摘    要:员工的工作价值观与员工工作动机、离职意愿、工作适应、工作满足、工作绩效等有显著的关系,故了解员工的工作价值观,制定适当的管理策略,对企业的经营必会有所帮助。饭店中外员工工作价值观存在着一定差异,了解这些差异与影响,可以增进饭店的经营绩效。
