芦丁制药综合实验研究

当前讨论多的不再是综合性实验的重要性和必要性,而是综合性实验项目如何建设、如何本土化。芦丁制药综合实验是在原来理论课附属实验基础上通过继承转化和集成创新而成。实验将实验内容归为提取精制、制剂制备和质量分析3大模块,模块提供给学生思维与选择空间,以资源开发任务为线索贯穿实验。学生自己选择实验任务并自主实施完成,进出每个模块时设有考核管理学生的入口和出口,教师执行过程评估。这个实验既发挥了传统实验优势,又具备了综合性实验的内涵与特征,是当前综合性实验建设的一个有效的实践与示范。

Study on Comprehensive Experiment of Rutin Pharmacy

The current discussion focuses on the pragmatic measure to realize the goal of comprehensive experiment construction,rather than the value of experiment itself merely.The rutin pharmacy comprehensive experiment is based on the appendix experiment of theory curriculum and evolve from it.Content of this experiment is able to divided into three modules in summary,respectively,extract,preparation,and analysis.Students select own experiment tasks in each module and finish them independently,which is guided throughout by resource development tasks.The serious thing for teacher is to evaluate the process of the experiment through the way that the evaluable entrance and exit of each module can be achieved.The comprehensive experiment not only makes the use of the advantages of traditional experiment,but also takes the characters of comprehensive experiment into consideration.Hence,it can be an effective practice and project demonstration for comprehensive experiment construction.
