应急环境监测教学存在的问题及对策

从应急环境监测的紧迫性和重要性出发,讨论了高校开展应急环境监测教学存在的:思想上没有引起重视、缺乏指导性的教材体系、在硬件上还不具备教学条件、师资力量缺乏等问题;探讨了相应对策,认为:应当认识到应急环境监测教学是必要的,要引起足够的重视;国家的纵向指导体系要逐步建立,硬件设备可以逐步完善;要加强横向合作,实现资源共享;要加强国际交流与合作。目前各地应急环境监测人才告急,高等院校应当为培养更多应急专业人才而不断努力。

Problems and Countermeasures of Emergency Environmental Monitoring Teaching

From the urgency and importance of emergency environmental monitoring,this paper discusses the main problems of the emergency environmental monitoring education in university such as Ideological negligence,lack of guidance materials system,no suitable hardware for teaching conditions,lack of quality faculty etc.The corresponding measures for the above problems are put forward as following： Put great attention to the emergency environmental monitoring education;Gradually build up guidance system from the nation level to the local government and improve hardware devices;Strengthen horizontal cooperation and resource sharing;Enhance international exchanges and cooperation.There is an urgent need personnel of emergency environmental monitoring currently,and universities should make effort to education more professionals for emergency environmental monitoring.
