新加坡高职教育的特色与启示

新加坡在深入研究德国、英国等国家职业教育特色的基础上,结合本国国情,提出了一系列卓有成效的职业教育模式和理念,如"教学工厂"、"AES"、专能开发、校企政合作等。通过对其"教学工厂"的深入分析,发现构建一个校企深度合作的开放性循环对于教学效果十分重要。此外,有关项目教学、师资培训、数据库建设等措施对于促进我国高职教育的发展都具有一定借鉴意义。

The Characteristics and Enlightenment of Higher Vocational Education in Singapore

Based on in-depth study of the characteristics of vocational education of Germany, Britain and other countries, Singapore combined with their national conditions and taken a series of effective vocational education models and concepts, such as ＂teaching factory＂, ＂AES＂, professional competence developed , school cooperation with enterprise and government. Through in-depth analysis on its ＂teaching factory＂, we found it is very important to build an open loop about school-enterprise cooperation for teaching effect. In addition, such measures as the project of teaching, teacher training, database development and others have certain reference significance for promoting the development of our vocational education.
