摘    要:为确定预应力混凝土T梁桥在施工阶段,结构锚下有效预应力值的大小,基于梁挠曲变形理论,推导结构锚下有效预应力的计算公式,以某40 m预制T梁桥为依托工程,采用实梁检验,验证锚下有效预应力计算公式的正确性.结果表明:锚下有效预应力计算值与实梁测试值误差在10%以内,满足工程需求,研究成果可为混凝土梁桥有效预应力的预测与评估提供参考.

Abstract:In order to determine the effective prestress value of the structure during the tension stage of the prestressed concrete T-beam bridge, the formulas of effective prestress, vertical displacement of the key section and static stiffness of the main beam under different eccentricities are derived based on the theory of beam deflection. Based on a 40m prefabricated T-beam bridge, the formula for calculating deflection and static stiffness ratio of the structure is obtained by combining the simulation modeling with the actual beam test, and then the effective prestress of the structure is solved. The results show that the relative error between the effective prestressing force calculated by the empirical formula and the measured value of the real beam is within 10%, and the calculation accuracy can meet the engineering demand. The research results can provide reference for the prediction and evaluation of the effective prestressing force of the concrete beam bridge.
