农田区地下水氮污染和氮转化的实验研究

摘    要:为研究不同条件下农田区氮污染和氮转化的过程及结果,进行了4个土柱的模拟实验,模拟菜田施肥(化肥)残存量对地下水氮污染的实验表明,土柱中所施化肥残存量的72.08%和47.44%随下渗水流出,模拟非均质包气带结构对地下水氮污染去除的实验表明,装有4层粘性土夹层的砂柱对硝酸根离子的去除率分别为85.69%(以蒸馏水混合液注入)和32.48%(以地下水混合液注入),而没有粘性土夹层的砂柱对硝酸根离子的去除率则分别为38.25%(以蒸馏水混合液注入)和28.92%(以地下水混合液注入)。

Abstract:For studying the process and result of nitrogen pollution and transformation in agricultural areas in different situations, four sand column experiments were done. The 72.08% and 47.44% of the total amount of chemical fertilizer go out from the columns in the simulation of using over-burden chemical fertilizer in vegetable area. The removal rate of nitrate is 85.69% in the column Ⅲ and 38.25% in the column Ⅳ when the distilled water mixture (nitrate 100mg*L-1, glucose 106.55mg*L-1) is injected, and that is 32.48% in the column Ⅲ and 28.92% in the column Ⅳ when the groundwater mixture (nitrate 200mg*L-1, glucose 319.63mg*L-1) is injected.
