| 摘 要： | 建立了供应商选择评价指标体系；鉴于供应商评价所存在的模糊性和随机性，采用模糊分析法，结合信息论中的熵技术对供应商进行评价，避免了人为的主观性；最后给出了一个应用实例。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes the evaluation index system of cooperative partner ; In view of the existing fuzziness and randomness in cooperative partner evaluation , a new method of cooperative partner evaluation based on fuzzy theory and entropy technology is suggested , which can avoid man-made subjectivism. Finally a practical case is presented. |
