| 摘 要： | 本文对普通16Mn钢、添加稀土的16Mn钢、喷钙处理的16Mn钢及经喷钙处理同时又添加稀土双重处理的16Mn钢的组织、性能进行了研究。结果表明,稀土和喷钙处理都能比较有效的脱硫,使冲击韧性增加,喷钙处理产生的夹杂比较细小均匀,但去气的效果不如稀土;经双重处理的试样,性能改善较大。
