关于高碳高强合金钢焊接裂纹的控制

摘    要:针对汕头国际集装箱码头重型钢轨的焊接问题,对高碳高强合金钢中的重型钢轨用常规的手工电弧焊焊接工艺进行了研究。研究表明:通过采用预热、焊后加热和缓冷等多层多道焊接的工艺措施,可提高焊接接头质量,达到了工程设计中钢轨使用性能的要求,焊接质量一次合格率达100%。

Abstract:According to heavy-duty rail welding of containers at the port of Shantou,this paper studied high-carbon high-strength alloy-rail welding by using regular manual electric arc welding technology.The research indicated that using multi-layer and multi-channel welding technology of pre-heating,post-heating and show-cooling could promote welding-joint quality to reach the requirement for rail use-quality in engineering design.Acceptance quality level of the welding reaches one hundred percent once only.
