阐述了实验室评估对实验室建设的促进作用:领导更有力地支持实验室建设;促进了实验人员整体素质的提高;促进了实验室管理规范化;加强了薄弱环节的投资建设,促进了实验教学改革;完善了实验室计算机管理数据库数据等.提出了建立实验室建设项目立项审批制度;以资源共享、优势互补原则调整实验室;加强实验室人员队伍建设;做好重点实验室、开放实验室建设;通过支持纵、横向科研项目和支持研制、改进仪器设备进行实验室建设,加强和做好仪器设备维修工作等八项设想和建设.

Promote and Strengthen Laboratory Construction of Our College with the Aid of Laboratory Evaluation

the promotion of laboratory evaluation to the laboratory construction of our college is expounded in the following six respects: The leading bodies give stronger support to the laboratory construction; the laboratory technicians are tempered, their standard and guality are enhanced; the standarization of laboratory management is promoted; part of equipment funds has been invested in vulnerable spots of laboratory construction; the reformation of experiment education is promoted and the data of the computer management laboratory data-storage system are perfected. Eight tentative ideas and proposals are advanced: The institution for examinating and approving the projects of laboratory construction should be set up; the composition of laboratory should be revised adhering to the principles of sharing the resources and the superiority of existing laboratories ; the technician ranks should be strengthened; the major laboratories and the open laboratories should be constructed; the laboratories should be constructed through supporting scientific research and technological projects and developing or reforming the experiment equipment, and the equipment maintenance should be strengthened.
