| 摘 要： | 首先从3个方面对河北省村庄改造的必要性进行了分析．同时提出了村庄改造须遵循的5条原则。然后指出合并后村庄规模大小的确定方法，以及改造步骤和试点的选取原则。最后从空间和时间两个方面阐述了村庄改造的思路与目标。

| Abstract: | The necessity of village remoulding in Hebei province was analysed from three respects,the five principles to be followed in the village remoulding were put forward,the method of how to determinate the scale of the village after merging villages,the moves of remoulding and the principle of choosing trial sites were pointed out,and the aim of village remoulding was expounded from the aspects of space and time in the paper as well. |
