摘    要:本文根据最小自由能法原理推导了复杂气相反应平衡的原子自由能贡献法的计算模型,提出了用此法计算Claus工艺复杂化学反应平衡,获得了满意的效果,为精确及优化设计提供了理论依据和手段。本文还给出了再热炉设计时天然气和空气配比对出口燃烧产物组成更正确的平衡关系。文中的方法不必涉及具体的反应,通用性强且计算速度快。

Abstract:A detailed derivation of the model for calculation ofcomplex gas-phase reaction equilibria has been given on the basis of the atom free energy contribution concept. This model is particularly suitable for the case where the details of s tochichemical equations are unavailable, such as the Claus complex reaction system. Satisfactory results' are obtained when the method is applied to the Claus main combustion furnace and reheat burner. The paper provides theoretical proof and method for exact process design and optimization. The program developed for computer aided design is universal and rapid in calculation.
