| 摘 要： | 企业慈善不仅是社会福利资源的重要来源,而且日益成为企业参与全球市场竞争的"软"生产力。"战略性企业慈善行为"因其兼顾企业经济利益和社会效益而被公认为一条可持续发展的企业慈善道路,文章在详尽介绍战略性企业慈善理论的同时,提出了一系列建设性意见建议,以期对中国企业慈善突出经济重围有所帮助。

| Abstract: | Corporate philanthropy is not only an important source of the social welfare,but also become increasingly competitive in the global market as ＂soft＂ productivity.Because of its economic benefits and social benefits,＂strategic corporate philanthropy＂ has been recognized as a sustainable development path for charitable enterprise.The paper makes a detailed introduction of the strategic corporate philanthropy theory and puts forward a series of constructive recommendations,hoping that it will help corporate philanthropy. |
