| 摘 要： | 刘大櫆的“息争”思想,即学术研究应该相互包容,而不要相互敌对。这一思想是在当时汉学的强大的攻势下提出的,主张汉宋调和与兼收,这一思想和方苞、姚鼐敌对汉学的态度明显不同,实践证明这一思想是正确的。
