| 摘 要： | 上饶市委从区域经济的梯度转移出发，把握重大的战略机遇，适时提出了构造四省交界区域中心战略。四省交界区域中心战略要通过恰当的载体——板块经济来承接，实施非均衡又互补性的发展。寻求区域中心及各板块载体的产业集聚、空间资源配置、公共产品供给的路径选择和策略依据，探讨上饶经济圈的形成。 |

| Abstract: | Proceeding from the gradient diversion of regional economy, seizing the great strategic opportunity, Shangrao municipal committee put forward the strategy of building the regional center at the junction of four provinces at the right time.The strategy of regional center at the junction of four provinces needs an appropriate carrier-plate economy-to carry on, and then implement unbalanced but complementary development. By pursuing the industrial focusing of regional center and different plate carriers, the disposition of space resources, the route choice and strategic basis of the supply of common products, the formation of Shangrao economic circle can be probed into. |
