| 摘 要： | 本调查采用问卷和访谈形式,了解贫困县小学英语教师的基本素质。旨在发现问题,为开展有目的、有针对性、有实效的师资教育工作提供参考。从调查结果与数据分析可以看出:贫困县莲花县农村小学英语教师素质现状不容乐观,提高农村小学英语教师素质是摆在我们面前刻不容缓的任务。

| Abstract: | This report is based on some interviews and a questionnaire specially designed for primary school English teachers in the Poverty-stricken County of Lianhua. The main objective of the study is to provide the teacher educators with the updated first-hand data for subsequent target-oriented teacher renewal and teacher development in the TEFL profession.
