| 摘 要： | 针对现有知识管理绩效评价体系的不足,从企业外部竞争环境和企业战略以及企业内部知识管理能力两个方面建立了知识管理评价预选指标体系。并采用了集值统计的方法对预选指标集进行了指标筛选,得出了企业战略框架下企业知识管理评价体系。

| Abstract: | According to the analysis of current status and deficiency of enterprise knowledge management evaluation research,a preliminary evaluation index system is put forward based on external competitive environment and internal management ability.Centralization statistical method is used to filtrate from the preliminary index system,and an evaluation index system of knowledge management under the enterprise strategic frame is finally established. |
