"Liu shu" is a theory of the Chinese character creation.We can apply "Liu shu" idea to the understanding and appreciation of modern logos.Many modern logo designs show the quality of idea-express of Chinese characters and phonic characteristics of alphabetic writing.They not only show the characteristics of the characters,but also illustrate the cultural connotation of the identified objects.Explaining logo designs by using "Liu shu" idea can provide us with a new way of thinking and a new method in the interpretation of logos.
