连贯式阶段性模式在微电子工艺教学中的应用

摘    要:针对微电子工艺涉及知识面广、延续性强、理论与实践结合紧密的特点,提出连贯式阶段性课程教学的教学模式.微电子工程实践与生产实习被纳入工艺课程体系,构建完整的"课堂教育+工程实践+生产实习"的教学模式.该模式对深化教学改革,提高教学质量,培养实用型、技术性的复合型人才提供理论和实践基础.

Abstract:With the features of broad horizon of knowledge, high duration and inseparable integration theory with practice, the teaching model with continuous and periodicity is prevent. The teaching model with class teaching, engineering and practice is shaped as the microelectronic engineering and practice is on the curriculum. This model also, at the same time, prevent the theory and practice basis to deepen the teaching reforms and to improve the teaching quality, especially compound talents with specialty, capability and knowledge.
