| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革目前遇到了一些问题，现代企业制度的试点推广也出现一新问题，运用系统科学的基本观点和方法对当前这一热点问题进行分析，力图唤起人们对改革问题的理性思维，克服现实中存在的盲目、冲动倾向，并通过与国外企业改革的经验进行对比获得一定的启示，寻求国有企业改革在目前所处困境中的出路。

| Abstract: | The reformation of the state enterprise has meetting some problems,and the advancement of modern enterprise institution has meetting some new problems tco.If the main viewpoint and method of system theory can be used to analyze this problem,hopping to arouse rationality thinking for the reformation,avoiding the aggressive tendency,contrasting with the experience of abroad enterprise,the solving way for our enterprise can be found. |
