| Abstract: | Treating starch with urea or other monomer in the presence of HC1
or H_2SO_4 at high temperature and pressure gives products useful as high
speed adhesive for manufacturing of corrugated paperboard. The relation-
ships between the modification of starch and these operating parameters
were investigated. |
