| 摘 要： | 推动河南省产业结构升级已成为迫切的任务，通过实证分析发现：河南省目前处于“二三一”结构，与标准结构相比，其第三产业所占比例明显偏低；与发达省份广东相比，其产业结构仅相当于广东1995年水平。本文最后针对河南产业结构存在的问题，提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | It is urgent duty to promote the Henan＇ s industrial structure, through the diagnosis analysis,this article discovered that： Henan＇ s structure is ＂231＂ at present, compares with the standard structure, dustry is obviously too low; Compares with developed province Guangdong, its industrial structure was only equal to Guangdong 1995 ＇ s level. This article finally aims at the question of Henan industrial structure, put forward some corresponding policy proposal. |
