| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the three main binary oppositions in Great Expectations, which reveals the author＇s affirmation with the goodness of human beings and his negative attitude towards the unrealistic illusion. Meanwhile, the evil aspects of Great Britain at that time and the suzerain＇ s robbery of the overseas colonial areas are also reflected. |
