| 摘 要： | 为研究实习支教工作的质量与效益，采用自编问卷对新疆师范大学04级实习支教生进行了调查，分析支教生的工作与满意度及其存在的问题，提出增进实习支教实效提升满意度的对策。明晰实习支教涵义，践行一体化的实践活动形式，规范教学指导与考核评价，实现师范生、师范院校与实习学校的多方共赢。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire investigation of the 2004--year students from Xinjiang Normal University who have taken part in teaching practice, this paper analyzes the students ~ works and satisfaction and existing problems. As the cuntermeasures, the paper proposes firstly to clearly define the concept of teaching practice, secondly to take the integration form of practice activities, and thirdly to regulate the teaching instruction and accessment system, for the win-win partnership of students, normal university and practice schools in rural areas. |
