7-羧基-3-苯乙酰氨基-1.3-二氢-2-吲哚酮的合成

摘    要:本文报导以甲苯为起始原料经硝化、还原、氧化、缩合及环化、酰化等十步合成标题化合物。该化合物在磷酸缓冲溶液中其酰胺键可被水解,水解前后:溶液的克分子消光系数相差98.6倍,因而可用作某些酰化酶测定试剂。对产物的结构进行了元素分析和红外光谱测定。

Abstract:The title compounds have been synthesized by 10-step reactions, such as nitration, reduction, oxidation, condensation, cyclization, acylation, etc. Using toluene as starting material. The structures of the products were determined by elementary analysis and IR.The title compounds may be used as biochemical agent in the determination of the activity of amidases.
