人体肝片吸虫感染两例报告

本文报告一家二例人体肝片吸虫感染的临床表现及治疗,此种疾病在我国罕见,在临床诊断和治疗的报告尚属首例。本文并对本病的流行、临床表现及治疗作了简短的文献复习。

HUMAN INFECTION OF FASCIOLA HEPATICA LINNAEUS, 1758, REPORT OF TWO CASES FROM LIAONING PROVINCE

Two sisters (11 and 18 year old) of one family from a village of Yingkou County, Liaoning Province, were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital, China Medical College, Shenyang, complaining of hepatopathy. They were diagnosed as infection of Fasciola hepatica after the discovery of characteristic eggs both in duodenal drainage and faeces, meanwhile the patients showed strong positive reaction of CFT to Fasciola hepatica antigen. The 11 year old girl was treated with one course of emetine combined with bithionol therapy but the 18 year old girl with a course of bithionol only. All clinical symptoms and signs of both subsided after the treatment except remaining an enlarged liver about 3cm below the costal margin along the midclavicular line, which had had been about 7.5 cm at the time of admission, and disappeared at the follow up five months after being discharged.These two clinical cases of human fascioliasis are reported from Northeast China for the first time. The epidemiology and clinical features have heen discussed in the present paper.
