非静脉曲张上消化道大出血临床治疗探讨

探讨埃索美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效影响。收集莆田学院附属医院（本院）2012年8月-2014年8月急诊病房收住非食道静脉曲张的上消化道大出血病人97例为研究组，给予大剂量的埃索美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗；收集本院2010年8月-2012年8月收住消化内科非食道静脉曲张的上消化道大出血病人102例为对照组，给予常规剂量的埃索美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗。研究并分析两组的临床效果。结果显示，研究组临床效果91.75%，对照组临床效果70.58%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），说明大剂量的埃索美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道大出血的临床效果显著。
