摘    要:素质教育已成为当前高等教育创新的一项重要内容。本文分析了素质教育的内涵和目的,强调了德育在素质教育中的核心作用,阐述了高校素质教育的实现途径,提出了改革考试制度、建立健全科学的人才评价机制的设想,并把思想道德素质、专业知识素养、创新精神与实践能力、文化素质、身心素质作为评价体系的主要组成部分。

Abstract:In nowadays,qualities education is becoming one of the important contents of higher education innovation. In this thesis, the meaning and the purpose of qualities education were analyzed; the key function of moral education in qualities education was emphasized; the achievable way of qualities education in college was expounded,the assumption that we should innovate the examination system and set up a scientific evaluation system of the talent was pointed out. It was also indicated that the evaluation system of the talent should consist of moral-poh'tics qualities, special knowledge accomplishment, innovation spirit, practice ability, culture quality, body and mind making.
