非线性转子的加速特性和力矩分析

摘    要:本文经对一个柔性转子-SFDB(squccze film damper bearing,挤压油膜阻尼器轴承)系统通过共振时的瞬态响应进行试验研究和理论分析,认为:旋转角加速度的大小对此非线性转子通过共振时的跳跃现象的性质不产生明显影响,这说明,在实际的加速条件下,这一类转子系统通过共振时的跳跃现象是不能完全避免的.对上述转子系统通过共振时的力矩分析表明,由不平衡载荷等惯性力引起的惯性力矩是影响此系统通过共振时力矩变化的主要因素.

Abstract:An experimental and theoretical investigation on the transient response of a flexible rotor-SFDB(squeeze film damper bearing)system during passage through resonance is developed.It is found that the influence of the magnitude of rotational acceleration on the jump phenomena of this nonlinear rotor during passage through resonance is not obvious.This fact is very important for the design of rotor systems with nonlinear dampers,which implies that the jump phenomena of such a rotor system during passage through resonance can not be completely avoided under an actual acceleration condition.In addition,the torque analysis of the rotor system indicates that the inertia torque caused by the inertia forces,such as unbalance loading,is the major factor in the torque variation of this system during passage through resonance.
