2813条全长人类新基因编码蛋白质的功能预测

摘    要:用生物信息学序列分析方法对联合基因科技(集团)公司2813条全长人类新基因编码的蛋白质进行了功能预测,由WU-BLASTP核酸 列相似性分析结果表明P值小于le-20的基因合计有466条,占总分析基因的16.57%,P值在le-10以下的基因合计有565条,占总分析基因的20.09%,由蛋白质结构域分析结果表明,含PROSITE Pattern的基因有520条,代表了107种pattern;含PROSITE profile的基因有333条,代表了200种profile;含PFAM结构域的基因有457条,代表了241个family; 含PRINTS的家族指纹1型(class1)的基因有128条,指纹2型(class2) 的有18条,总数为146条,代表了45种家族指纹,由特殊结构分析表明,跨膜蛋白470条,分泌蛋白677条,Coliled-coil蛋白228条,Helix-turn-helix蛋白73条。

Abstract:An automated cDNA sequence analysis system was developed and was used to analyze 2 813 protiens translatd from novel human full lengty cDNA cloned by United Gene Holdings, Co., Ltd. Results show that according to the P value reported by WU BLAST2,there are 466 full length cDNAs(16.57%) having homologous genes; 565 with the P value below le 10(20.09%); 520 with the PROSITE pattern, representing 107 pattern; 333 with PROSITE profile, representing 200 profiles; 457 with PFAM family, representing 241 families; PRINTS class 1 fingerprints 128, class 2 fingerprints 18, representing 45 families; 470 transmembrane proteins; 677 secretory proteins; coiled coil proteins and 73 Helix turn helix proteins.
