贫困山区耕地利用显性与隐性转型耦合演变——以云南省玉龙县纳西族自治县为例

摘    要:随着城镇化的发展,贫困山区的人地关系发展不协调,矛盾日益凸显,亟须深入探讨耕地利用转型过程,因地施策,提高耕地效益、改善经济状况。选取玉龙县下辖的16个乡镇,构建耕地利用转型指标体系,采用耦合度模型和耦合协调度模型剖析贫困山区耕地利用转型特征与耦合规律,提出贫困山区耕地利用转型建议。研究表明:贫困山区耕地利用显性和隐性转型相互作用、耦合演进且均有较强的空间集聚性;2009—2017年耕地显性与隐性耦合度由0.35~1.00上升至0.57~1.00;耦合协调度在0.23~0.70,由勉强协调、中度协调和高度协调上升至中度协调和高度协调,极度协调未呈现。

Abstract:With the development of urbanization, the development of human land relationship in poor mountainous areas is uncoordinated, and the contradiction is becoming increasingly prominent. It is urgent to deeply explore the transformation process of cultivated land use, implement policies according to the land, improve the benefits of cultivated land and improve the economic situation. Based on the index system of cultivated land use transformation, sixteen townships under the jurisdiction of Yulong County is selected, coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model are used to analyze the characteristics and coupling law of cultivated land use transformation in poor mountainous areas. The results show that the dominant and recessive transformation of cultivated land use in poor mountainous areas interact, couple and evolve, and have strong spatial agglomeration; From 2009 to 2017, the coupling degree between dominant and recessive cultivated land increased from 0.35~1.00 to 0.57~1.00; The degree of coupling coordination is between 0.23~0.70, rising from reluctant coordination, moderate coordination and high coordination to moderate coordination and high coordination, and extreme coordination does not appear.
