摘    要:轴承陶瓷球是陶瓷球轴承中的关键元件,对于轴承陶瓷球的研磨加工,球体的研磨方式和研磨液是影响陶瓷球加工质量和加工效率的关键因素。简述了陶瓷球成球原理,总结了陶瓷球研磨方式的研究进展,对不同的陶瓷球研磨方式进行了比较分析,并提出了一种满足批量加工的变曲率沟槽研磨方式;介绍了陶瓷球研磨液的成分及作用,综述了轴承陶瓷球研磨液的发展现状。从加工精度、批量加工和绿色制造等方面对轴承陶瓷球研磨加工技术的发展进行了展望。

Abstract:Bearing ceramic ball is the key component in ceramic ball bearing. For the grinding processing of bearing ceramic ball, the grinding method of ball and grinding fluid are the key factors affecting the processing quality and efficiency of ceramic ball. The principle of ball formation is briefly described, the research progress of ceramic ball grinding method is summarized, different ceramic ball grinding methods are compared and analyzed, and a variable curvature groove grinding method to meet the batch processing is proposed; the composition and role of ceramic ball grinding fluid is introduced, and the development status of bearing ceramic ball grinding fluid is reviewed. The development of ceramic ball grinding technology for bearings is presented in terms of processing accuracy, batch processing and green manufacturing.
