摘    要:燃气轮机转子的轴向推力是燃机总体设计的重要指标之一。燃机转子轴向推力必须保持在一个合适的载荷范围内,即作用在轴承上的轴向推力大小合适且不换向。因此,对空气系统转静腔室轴向力展开计算与试验研究,开展空气密封系统流体网络计算,揭示转-静盘腔气体轴向力产生机理,将转-静盘腔气动推力与转子支承系统解耦,提出一种转-静盘腔气动轴向推力的直接动态测试方法,搭建了转-静盘腔轴向力机理试验台,开展不同压差与不同转速下的转-静盘腔轴向力测试,并利用理论计算与仿真计算对试验结果进行验证,结果表明轴向力直接测试方法准确、可靠。以上研究结果对揭示燃气轮机转-静盘腔轴向力产生机理,明确影响燃机高压转子轴向力大小与方向的关键因素具有重要意义。

Abstract:The axial thrust of gas turbine rotor is one of the important indexes in the overall design of gas turbine. The axial thrust of the gas turbine rotor must be kept within a suitable load range, that is, the axial thrust acting on the bearing is appropriate and not reversed. Therefore, in this research, the axial force of air system rotating chamber is calculated and tested. Conducting fluid network calculations for air sealing systems, revealing the mechanism of axial force generation in the rotor-stator cavity, and decoupling the aerodynamic thrust in the rotor stator cavity from the rotor support system, and a direct dynamic test method for the axial thrust of the rotor-stator cavity was proposed. The axial force mechanism test bench of the rotor-stator cavity was built. The axial force test of the rotor-stator cavity under different pressure differences and different speeds was carried out, and the test results were verified by theoretical calculation and simulation calculation. The results show that the direct test method of axial force is accurate and reliable. The above research results are of great significance to reveal the generation mechanism of axial force in rotor-stator cavity of gas turbine and to clarify the key factors affecting the magnitude and direction of axial force in high pressure rotor of gas turbine.
