考虑光热电站与风电系统低碳经济调度研究

摘    要:为提高风电消纳,平抑负荷波动,实现系统经济、低碳运行,从光热电站特性出发,提出一种考虑阶梯型碳交易机制和需求响应的光热电站联合风电系统低碳经济优化调度模型。首先,加入电加热装置,构成含风电-光热联合发电系统,提高系统整体调度灵活性。其次,采用场景法处理可再生能源及负荷不确定性,并在源侧引入阶梯型碳交易机制控制碳排放量,在荷侧通过需求响应平滑负荷曲线,建立以系统总运行成本最低的优化目标函数。最后利用CPLEX求解工具箱进行求解。算例设置不同工况对比分析,结果表明所建立的模型在提高风电消纳的同时,保证经济性并降低系统碳排放量。

Abstract:In order to improve wind power consumption, smooth load fluctuations, and achieve economic and low-carbon operation of the system, based on the characteristics of solar thermal power plants, a low-carbon economic optimal scheduling model of solar thermal power plant combined wind power system considering the stepwise carbon trading mechanism and demand response is proposed. Firstly, an electric heating device is added to form a combined wind power generation system with photothermal power generation to improve the overall scheduling flexibility of the system. Secondly, the scenario method is adopted to deal with the uncertainty of renewable energy and load, and the step-type carbon trading mechanism is introduced to the source side to control carbon emissions. The load curve is smoothed by the demand response on the load side, and the optimization objective function with the lowest total operating cost of the system is established. Finally, CPLEX toolbox is used to solve the problem. The results show that the model can improve the wind power consumption, ensure the economy and reduce the carbon emission.
