沉淀法合成(Ce,Tb)MgAl_(11)O_(19)绿色荧光粉及其发光性能研究

摘    要:探索沉淀法合成(Ce0.67,Tb0.33)MgAl11O19绿色荧光粉工艺条件,研究了滴定方式,pH值以及Mg含量变化对合成荧光粉性能的影响.利用X-射线衍射,SEM和荧光光谱对粉体的物相、颗粒粒径、表面形貌以及发光性能进行表征.结果表明:沉淀法的合成温度比固相法低250℃,且粉体在254nm光源激发下,样品在主峰544nm处的发光强度与固相法合成的样品相当.

Abstract:To explore the process conditions of green phosphor(Ce0.67,Tb0.33)MgAl11O19 synthesized by chemical coprecipitation,the influencing factors of photoluminescent properties were studied,such as titration way,pH value and different Mg contents.X-ray diffraction(XRD),SEM and photoluminescence(PL) measurements were used to characterize the phase of the powder,particle size,surface morphology and luminescence properties.The samples synthesized by chemical coprecipitation were 250 ℃ lower than by the solid state method.Under 254 nm excitation,the luminescent intensity of samples synthesized by chemical coprecipitation at 544 nm was almost the same as that by the solid state method.
