工业CT阵列探测器串扰率的蒙卡模拟

摘    要:阵列探测器的串扰率对工业CT系统图像重建有重要影响,通过构建W金属隔板的X射线阵列探测器的物理模型,用蒙特卡罗法模拟了阵列探测的串扰率.结果表明:在X射线能量分别为60keV、100keV、140keV时,W金属隔板能有效降低串扰率.结合MTF函数分析,得出射线能量小于140keV的最佳W金属隔板的厚度为0.3mm.

Abstract:The crosstalk rate of the array detector had a significant effect on the of imaging reconstruction industrial CT system.The physical model of X-ray array detector using tungsten metal clapboard has been constructed.The array survey crosstalk rate was simulated by the Monte Carlo Method.Simulation results indicated that when the X-ray energy was 60 keV,100 keV and 140 keV respectively,the tungsten metal clapboard could reduce the crosstalk rate effectively.Combined with MTF function,the optimal thickness of W metal clapboard was 0.3 mm when X-ray energy was less than 140 keV.
