| 摘 要： | 职业生涯规划有助于军校学员职业理想的形成,有助于军校学员素质能力的提升,有助于军校学员实现人生价值;军校学员进行职业生涯规划的措施包括:科学确定志向;自我评估和职业分析;设定目标选择职业生涯路线;制定行动计划并适时进行评估反馈。军校学员要处理好职业生涯规划与军队需求、所学专业、能力特长和兴趣爱好等因素之间的关系。
