摘    要:为解决小电阻接地系统高阻接地故障选线失灵问题,本文依据故障馈线与健康馈线在其始端本地测量的零序电流相量实部符号差异,提出了一种基于本地测量的高阻接地故障选线方法。首先,建立了小电阻接地系统的故障零序等效网络,对故障零序电流特征进行理论分析;然后,推导了故障馈线与健康馈线的零序电流相量实部特征,并利用其符号差异作为选线依据,避免了时间同步精度的影响。最后,通过仿真分析验证了本文所提方法对高阻接地故障选线的有效性,且验证了所提方法对电弧故障的适用性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high-resistance grounding fault line selection failure in small resistance grounding systems, a local measurement-based high-resistance grounding fault line selection method is proposed in this paper. The method achieves fault line selection based on the difference in the real part symbols of the zero sequence currents measured locally at the beginning of the faulty feeder and the healthy feeder. First, the zero-sequence equivalent network of a small resistance grounding system when a fault occurs is established, and the zero-sequence current characteristics of the fault are analyzed theoretically. Then, a fault line selection criterion is established by the difference in the real part characteristics of the zero-sequence current phases of the faulty feeder and the healthy feeder. It avoids the influence of time synchronization accuracy on fault line selection. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method for high-resistance ground fault line selection is verified by simulation analysis. Meanwhile, the proposed method is also applicable to arc faults.
