| 摘 要： | 隐性知识在图书馆管理决策中起直接作用,但图书馆隐性知识不易编码和传播,严重阻碍了图书馆工作的改进。本文从OECD的知识划分入手,阐述了隐性知识的涵义和分类,分析了馆内隐性知识共享的主要障碍;依据隐性知识开发技术,提出了建立图书馆内部隐性知识共享的途径。

| Abstract: | Implicit knowledge plays the direct role of decision-making in the library,but it is not easy to encode and transfer,thus seriously impedes the improvement of library work.This paper analyzed the main obstacles of inner-library implicit knowledge sharing,with the aid of implicit knowledge developing techniques,brought forward the method of inner-library implicit knowledge sharing. |
