| 摘 要： | 胚胎干细胞源于着床前的囊胚内细胞团或早期胎儿原始生殖细胞的一类未分化的多能性干细胞，具有无限增殖和多能分化的能力。本文综述了胚胎干细胞的研究现状、生物学特性、亟待解决的问题，以及胚胎干细胞在发育生物学、临床医学、新药的开发、动物的克隆、畜产业等方面有着广阔的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | Embryonic stem cell is a kind of undifferentiated pleuripotent stem cell,which stems form preimplatation ICM or early foetus primordial germ cell.Embryonic stem cell has the capability of immortalization and pleuripotent differentiation.This paper is a review about the advances,biological character and some issues of embryonic stem cell,which have to be settled urgently.It also includes the bright application perspective of embryonic stem cell in developmental biology,clinical medicine,the development of new medicines,animal clone, animal industry and so on. |
