摘    要:本研究在22只戊巴比妥钠麻醉的大鼠上,观察和描记刺激杏仁复合体对胃电活动的影响,结果表明一定强度刺激杏仁复合体后,胃电振幅增加(在对照0.17MV的基础上增加0.07MV)(P<0.05)。其中快波频率和振幅也相应增加。这种效应在切断颈部双侧迷走神经后再刺激杏仁复合体对胃电活动的影响还不如切断前明显(P>0.05)。因此可以认为杏仁复合体参与了胃电活动中枢性调节,可能经杏仁核—迷走神经背核及杏仁核—下丘脑、脑干网状结构等多神经元接替通路,由迷走传出而导致胃电活动呈正性增强

Abstract:Experiments were performed on 22 pehtobarbital-anesthetized rate to observe and record the effect of gastrioelectrical activities of stimulation amygdaloid complex. The results indicate that after stimulating amygdaloid complex with certain degree the gastri-onelectrical amplitude increased, (an increase of 0. 07 mv on the control(0.17))(P<0. 05) Together with it , the frequency and amplitude of fast-wave also increased. This change was not evidence when bilateral vagotomy (P>0. 05). So we have made a conclu-sion that amygdaloid complex participates in central regulation of gastrioelectrical activi-ty. It might be mediated via amygdala-vagus,amygdalahypothalamus and amygdala-sterm formatio reticularis of multineurous connected with pathway,and then through va-gus nerve caused the positive increase of gastroelectrical activity.
