| Abstract: | Colleges make out plans to cultivate talents according to the inportance on talents cultivation education made by state.In this paper,we discuss the path to cultivate the talents in the newly-promoted local normal college from five aspects-target location,value orientation,design of cultivating specification,and the formulation of training scheme. |
