车载方波电源的设计

摘    要:为在汽车上使用普通家用电器设备,采用推挽式功率变换电路研制了车载方波电源逆变器。该电源以TL494为控制芯片,输出推挽信号驱动MOSFET的导通与截止,通过设计的高频脉冲变压器输出幅值220V,正负交变的方波信号。实验结果表明,设计的车载方波电源能满足普通家用电器设备使用的要求。

Abstract:In order to use household appliances in cars,a car square wave power supply is designed by using a push-pull power inverter.TL494 is taken as the control chip,the conduction and cutoff of MOSFET are driven by output push-pull signal,and the output amplitude is 220V from high frequency pulse transformer.The experimental results indicate that the designed car square wave power supply meets the requirements of household appliances.
