等螺旋角回转刀具刀刃曲线的通用算法

摘    要:在给出等螺旋角回转刀具刀刃曲线上螺旋角的通用公式的基础上,利用累加弦长三次参数样条函数和常微分方程的数值求解法-龙格库塔法,提出了等螺旋角刀刃曲线的通用算法,为实现等螺旋角回转类铣刀CAD/CAM软件的通用化打下了基础。另外给出了通用算法的程序框图。

Abstract:A universal formula is presented first for calculating the helical angle. Then, with the cubic parametric spline of accumulation of chords and the method of Rugge Kutta with which to solve the differential equation, a universal algorithm for the helix edge with equal helical angle is proposed based on the formula. The algorithm is the basis of a CAD/CAM software package for revolving cutters with helix edge. The program flow chart is also given.
