线叶旋覆花嫩茎段生长点试管苗繁殖的研究

摘    要:为保护野生资源并达到人工栽培目的,以具有生长点的线叶旋覆花嫩茎段为材料,采用试管苗培养的方法,进行了嫩茎段试管苗培养、试管苗生根继代增殖培养,以及试管苗的移栽、微型扦插和定植的研究.结果证明:1/2 MS+ABT2号2.0 mg/L+蔗糖15 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L是具有生长点的嫩茎段试管苗培养和试管苗生根继代增殖培养的适宜培养基.试管苗移栽成活率98.2%,微型扦插成活率91.5%,定植成活率98.7%;定植的试管苗完全保持了野生线叶旋覆花的植物学性状.

Abstract:In order to preserve the wild resources and realize cultivation, by using tissue culture methods, the tender stems with growing points of Inula lineariaefolia were used as materials to research the cultivation of tube seedlings, rooting and subcuhuring of tube seedlings, micro-cuttings of tube seedlings, transplanting and colonization of tube seedlings. The results demonstrated that 1/2MS+ABT I1 2.0 mg/L+sucrose 15 g/L+NAA0.6 mg/L was the optimal medium for cultivation and rooting of tube seedlings. The survival rate of transplanting was 98.2%. The survival rate of micro-cuttings of tube seedlings was 91.5%. The colonization survival rate was 98.7%. The colonization of plantlets maintained all biological traits of wild plant.
