| 摘 要： | 以秦岭山区的某3家市级客运企业为例,通过改进C-D生产函数理论,建立客运安全投入绩效模型,利用计算数据分析安全投入对产出绩效的影响大小,为企业调整安全投入的分配比例提供科学依据.同时研究发现,山区中小城市的客运市场不同于大城市,现阶段政府的安全投入比较稳定,虽然安全产出增幅较小,但对客运安全仍然起到引导和干预作用.

| Abstract: | Three passenger transport enterprises in Qinling mountain were selected as example and the performance model of passenger safety investment was established with improved Cobb-Douglas production function theory. The influence of safety investment on output performance was analyzed with data calculation,which could provide a scientific basis for the enterprise to adjust the allocation proportion of safety investment. The study also found that the passenger transport market in small and medium-sized mountain city is different from that in large city. The government’s safety investment at present is stable,whose safety output increases smaller,but it still plays a role of guidance and intervention for passenger safety. |
